*Micellar water is made up of micelles. Micelles. It is the smallest existing assemblies of surfactants in an emulsion . The micellar water is a mix with a major compound (water or oil) containing an inconsistent minority phase (oil drop in water or vice versa). Small particles are formed by the contact of oil and water when soaping. The micellar water therefore has the appearance and freshness of water coupled with the technicality of an oil. It is slightly foaming and ensures a perfect cleansing without the need for rinsing.
