Melting point: 60 degrees C
Used with vegetable emulsifier F in the manufacture
of vegetable ice cream in the Scandinavian countries.
Emulsifier extracted from the coconut oil and the palm oil: oily phase.
*** Is used in combination with emulsifying wax F: (hydrous phase)
Uses:
Cream,
lotion,
Milk
Dosage:0,5 to 10% in the fats/oils
Attention: Therefore, to make a cream, both emulsifiers are needed:
E: in the fats/oils
F: in water
The result will be lighter than with emulsifying wax,but very professional.
