Rose geranium essential oil has been used for centuries in skin care and is of most use in application for:
- aged, dry, oily skin or to prevent wrinkles and facial lines.
Geranium essential oil is a cellular regenerative,
- revitalizes skin tissue,
- balances sebum,
- helps smooth lines and wrinkles and is said to slow the skin's aging process.
When inhaled, the scent is uplifting, calming, relieving nervousness (2 drops on a kleenex tissue).
When inhaled with Clary sage (1 drop of geranium and 1 drop of clary sage on a kleenex tissue),
it helps to reduce the hot flashes of menopause.
The scent of rose geranium essential oil is similar to that of rose
but do not expect it to replace the active properties of rose essential oil.
Add 3-4 drops in the Prickly pear seeds or flowers oil bottle for best results.
